Our Website Maintenance plans cover ongoing website updates, edits, and content changes. Such as:

• Updating text, links, or images

• Updating the store products (Included only in “Essentials” and “Growth” Website Maintenance plans).

• Updating the menu, header or footer.

• Uploading documents or updating forms on the site.

• Uploading a blog post using the provided content.

• Ensuring the site displays correctly on desktop and mobile devices.

• Basic SEO support.

• Copywriting and content creation.

• The creation of any new webpages or detailed section designs.

• Support for non-Squarespace website accounts (e.g. scheduling platforms, email marketing providers, etc.).

• Writing blog posts and sourcing images.

• Creating and providing strategies for SEO, marketing, etc.

If anything falls outside the scope of your plan, we will always let you know before moving forward. Optional add-ons are available for services such as, copywriting, email marketing, and content creation.

To keep your updates organized, please include all monthly requests in one form submission whenever possible.

Yes. For e-commerce websites, we recommend either our “Growth” or “Essentials” Website Maintenance plans.

Clients may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their Website Maintenance plan at any time through their subscription portal or by submitting their request in writing via email at least 30 days prior to their next billing date renewal.
